This website and online shop are operated by Woven Industries LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).
Woven In Hell is the brand name used for storefront, marketing, and product identification purposes.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
PRODUCTS
All items sold by Woven In Hell are handmade, limited-run, or small-batch items.
Patch production may be completed in-house or through selected third-party manufacturers. All products are made to our specifications; however, minor variations in color, stitching, thread, size, or finish may occur depending on the production method. These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
PATCH WARNINGS
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Some patches may contain small parts
- Not intended for children
- Iron-on adhesive is not permanent
- Stitching is strongly recommended
- Materials may include synthetic fibers
- Improper application may cause damage
- Seller is not responsible for misuse
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Hand wash cold only
- Air dry only
- Do not iron directly on patches
- Excessive heat may damage thread or adhesive backing
ORDERING & PAYMENTS
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once an order is placed:
- No cancellations
- No changes
- No refunds due to customer error
All payments are processed by Woven Industries LLC.
SHIPPING
Orders ship within the stated processing time listed in the shop.
The buyer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Customs duties, import fees, or taxes
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Woven Industries LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once carrier acceptance and tracking confirmation have been issued.
RETURNS & ISSUES
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Claims submitted after this time frame may not be honored.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Woven Industries LLC, operating under the brand name Woven In Hell, is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Heat or washing damage
- Injury related to misuse
- Manufacturing or production variations
- Shipping delays, loss, or carrier errors
The buyer assumes all responsibility for product use and care.
iNTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Woven In Hell branding, logos, and original designs are the intellectual property of Woven Industries LLC, unless otherwise stated.
Artwork, logos, and band-related designs remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission where applicable.
Woven In Hell does not claim ownership over third-party band names, logos, or artwork used in collaborations or licensed work.
Unauthorized use of Woven In Hell branding, logos, or original artwork is strictly prohibited.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

- You accept full responsibility for product use and care
CHANGES TO TERMS
Woven Industries LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms before placing an order.
